By browsing this site you agree to use it lawfully and not to copy product photography, packaging artwork or written content without permission.
Products and pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change. Product availability and sizes are shown on each product page.
Orders and payment
Payment is due at checkout for online orders. Orders are confirmed following successful payment authorization or processing. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, discounts, and the final order total are shown before the customer completes the order. Payment transactions are processed securely through the payment providers configured for the website.
Shipping
Orders ship within the United States. Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout, and orders are packed and dispatched within two business days.
Returns, damaged and incorrect items
Because our products are food items, opened pouches cannot be returned for food-safety reasons. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, email info@grandmasspicebox.com with your order number and a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Wholesale orders
Wholesale orders are handled separately from retail checkout: 50% advance payment is due with the purchase order or order confirmation, and the remaining 50% is due before dispatch. These wholesale terms do not apply to individual retail orders placed through the website checkout.
